United Methodism traces its roots alongside the revolutionary war and the beginning of our country. On this Independence Day weekend, we celebrate our nation's freedom. As United Methodists, we also celebrate how the early Methodist circuit riders preached about the freedom we can have through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
