On a beautiful sunny day before Easter Sunday, hundreds of children and their families visited our Crossroads facility to enjoy our annual Easter Eggstravaganza event sponsored by our Christian Education Special Events Team. Our Magic Ministry Team wowed the crowd with another wonderful performance which included the story of the empty tomb. The children were then invited to go outside for what they had been waiting for, the traditional easter egg hunt.
I took this picture to show how much fun the children had that day. There was a whole other group of children looking for easter eggs on the other side of our facility.
The good news of Easter and the empty tomb were evident throughout the event. Thank you, First UMC, for reaching out to our community with God's love!
